Задание 5. Переведите на английский язык.

1)  Качество будет определено нашей лабораторией в Новороссийск, и анализ этой лаборатории будет считаться окончательным подтверждением качества товара.

V. PACKING AND MARKING

Задание 1. Прочитайте и переведите.

The packing of the goods to be shipped should be in accordance with the State standards existing in Russia or with the technical conditions ruling at the manufacturing works and ensure safety of the goods during the transportation including transhipment provided that the goods are duly handled.

Each package shall be provided with meriting showing the place of destination, came of consignee, паше of the seller, case number, gross and net weights and other marking which maу be agreed upon between the Buyer and the Seller beforehand.

The Supplier shall take all measures to have goods securely and properly packed to withstand overseas and overland transport. The Supplier shall be held responsible for all losses to the goods owing to inadequate packing.
