2) All amendments to the present Contract are valid only if made in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the parties
3) The Buyer is not entitled to resell the goods bought under the Contract to any third country without the Seller's previous written consent.
4) All taxes including Custom duties as well as charges in connection with the conclusion and the execution of the Contract are to be paid, by the Seller and the Buyer,
5) The Seller is entitled to suspend the fulfillment on his obligations under the contract.
