3) This guarantee will be invalidated by the Buyer making any alterations to the goods without the Seller s consent. Rapidly wearing parts as well as the parts which have suffered from natural wear are excluded from guarantee.
4) We agree to the maintenance guarantee period of 12 months and we believe that it'll start when the project reaches the design performance.
5) The guarantee doesn't cover damage to the equipment.
6) The Supplier does not bear responsibility for the breakdown of the equipment after the expiration of the guarantee period.

2) Гарантийный срок на оборудование может быть продлён в случае обнаружения дефектов завода-изготовителя.
3) Срок гарантии не должен превышать 16 месяцев с даты отгрузки и 12 месяцев с даты пуска оборудования а эксплуатацию в зависимости от того, какой срок наступит раньше (whichever is the shorter period).

9. CLAIMS
Задание I. Прочитайте и переведите.
The claims may be made for the quality of the goods if it does not conform to the quality stipulated In the Present Contract.
The Buyer hаs the right to claim on the Seller in respect of the quality within 12 months from the date of delivery.
The claims should contain the quantity and the name of the claimed goods as well as the nature of the claim.
The claims should be forwarded by a registered letter enclosing all the necessary documents justifying the claim.
The Seller has the right to inspect at the place of delivery the correctness of the claim through their representative.
On expiration, of the above mentioned period no claims will be accepted.
No claims put forward In respect of any consignment сan be used by the Buyer as a reason for their refusal to accept all other goods to be delivered under the present Contract and to pay for them.
