12.   OTHER CONDITIONS

Задание 1. Прочитайте и переведите,

1. The Buyer is obliged to obtain an Import Licence. If the Buyer fails to obtain an Import Licence within 6 months from the date of signing the Contract the Seller has the right to cancel the present Contract without any obligations en his part.

The Buyer should immediately inform the Seller about obtaining the Import Licence.

2. Neither party is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the present Contract to third persona without a written consent thereto of the other party.

3. Any alterations of and additions to the present Contract will be valid only if made in writing and duly signed by both parties.

4. Should the Buyer fall to observe the terms of payment stipulated in this Contract the Seller shall have the right to suspend the fulfilment of his obligations under this Contract and to make a claim against the Buyer for losses/expences incurred аs а result of such non-observance of the terms of payment.

5. All expenses and duties namely Customs duties, taxes, and also fees connected with the conclusion and fulfilment of the present Contract collected on the territory of Russia to be paid by the Seller and those outside the above mentioned territory to be paid by the Buyer.

6. After the signing of the present Contract all preceding negotiations and correspondence pertaining to It become null and void.

7. The present. Contract is made up in Russian and English languages, both texts being authentic.
