III  TIME OF DELIVERY

Задание 1. Прочитайте и переведите.

The goods shall be delivered by the Supplier and accepted by the Customer at the time stipulated in Appendix attached to the present contract but not more than within 6 months of the signing of the contract.

The deliveries will be made in three consignments, at a 2 month interval.

The date of the Bill of Lading shall be considered as the date of delivery.

Задание 4. Переведите на русский язык.

Задание 5. Переведите на английский язык.

1)  Разрешается частичная поставка. Первоначальная поставка будет выполнена через 6 месяцев после подписания контракта.

2)  Досрочная поставка должна быть обязательно указана в приложении к контракту.

3) Поставка морем будет осуществляться на условиях сиф-порт.

4) Задержка в поставки вызвана тем, что вы нарушили график (by your disruption),

5)  Заказчик обязуется осуществлять   поставки.

6)  Мы будем поставлять оборудование частями.

IV.  QUALITY

The Quality of the goods sold under the present Contract shall be in full conformity either with the State Standards existing in the RF or with the technical conditions ruling at the manufacturing works    and shall be confirmed by the Quality Certificate issued by the manufacturing plant or by the  Seller.
