I guess the nature of this industry; we really haven’t set ourselves as competitive although we are. So from one local authority to another, they will give you what they do and I would give them what I do
[Recruitment industry] We are very much “Aware” that we have to, in fact we’re at the point where we’re redesigning our overall vision of strategy to make sure that the whole company is taken ,you know 50 years at a view point in terms of future of where we’re going to be positioned.
