Этот подход к диагностике позволил нам отказаться от использования таких терминов как «высокодифференцированная опухоль неопределенного злокачественного потенциала» и «фолликулярная опухоль неопределенного злокачественного потенциала» и реклассифицировать изученные опухоли неопределенного злокачественного потенциала как аденома или гиперпластический (аденоматозный) зоб.
