Speaking of nuclear weapon factor, it’s hard to disagree with Iranian political analysts’ announcements about the double-sided standards defining the tone of the USA’s cooperation with different countries related to named matters. Consequently as we can see from the scene in Iraq in the most of cases the unproved assumptions about some country possessing weapons of mass destruction appear to become a subject for straight interference in inner matters of a sovereign state.
Though the true reason of the interest of the USA to the political course of Iran is formed by the need of establishing the control over Iranian oil resources, as there are at least 9% of world discovered oil resources on its territory.
In the situation of minimally possible invasion in Iran the only effective variant is suspension of at least a part of sanctions which practically don’t work at all de-facto. The main success of the Iranian diplomacy was in sponsoring the solution of the crisis in Iraq. This fact reiterates the failure of American violent doctrine of the foreign policy, when the main initiator of the battle with the “world evil” supplicate for help to one of the rogue states, the part of the “Evil Axis”. As the matter of fact, not the match of the interests plays the main role here, but the situation in which the USA can’t abandon the help of Iran, their enemy. This means the appearance on the world scene of an artist who at least partly can manipulate the American administration in implementing its foreign policy ambitions[24].
When George Bush called the North Korean Republic the part of the “Evil Axis” the North Korean political elite answered with the announcing this phrase to be considered a war declaration. The USA stated that the North Korea was secretly continuing to develop its nuclear program. The North Korean Republic underlined that the USA wouldn’t have to bother about the Korean nuclear program if they had signed the non-attack treaty and the USA had guaranteed the sovereignty to the North Korea. In November the USA decided to suspend the delivery of petroleum to the North Korea. IAEA called for the North Korean Republic allowing inspectors to their nuclear objects. In December the North Korea declined the suggestion of the IAEA and announced that the organization is pursuing the will of the USA. The video cameras had been set by the IAEA inspectors earlier were taken off from the nuclear objects of the North Korea[25].
