Construction of 220 kV Lafarge substation. Book 1 “Electrical solutions”, страница 10

System of security video observation

The system of security television is intended for 24 hours remote supervision of sites of territory along an object protection from the inside and records for the purpose of prevention of unapproved penetration on territory.

Security television system is created with application of network technologies (IP - system) on the basis of the network video registrar (NVR) and IP-video cameras.

The project includes installation of stationary and positioned network cameras

Colorful, turning videocameras are applied for the review of inside object territory, including equipment control. Videocameras work in a mode day-night - at fall of level of light exposure there is an automatic switching from a full-color mode to black - white that increases sensitivity of a videocamera.

Stationary cameras are equipped with a zoom lens that allows to configure the required field of view of the total perimeter and area surveillance to obtain images suitable for the identification license plates of vehicles performing entry to the substation.

Stationary cameras are placed in weather housings for their performance at temperatures ranging from minus -65 .. +40.

Video cameras are located along the perimeter of the object in such way as to exclude not viewed areas and that the same area hit the field of view as a minimum of two cameras that will ensure the continuity of surveillance cameras in single failure.

One of the stationary videocameras are installed at the main entrance of substation and provides an image that is suitable for recognition of              numberplate that enter to the substation.

Ethernet switches are installed in industry-standard to transmit video signals at the object. Connecting the camera to the switches is shielded twisted pair cable (FTP) category 5. To reduce the impact of interference such as power equipment switches are installed in the immediate vicinity of the cameras connected to the cabinets.

Information from the cameras is transmitted to a digital video recorder, it is designed for the collection, processing and recording of images on the built-in hard disk drives. You can use motion detectors.

Laying fiber optic cables from the switch to the receiving equipment must be implemented in a metal box on the fence.

To protect equipment from electromagnetic pulses and lightning on the power circuits 220 V are designed discharge unit  on the input circuits of enclosures

All metal structures must be grounded.

5.10.  220kV outdoor switchgear equipment and power transformers layout

Laying of power cables, signal and control cables through the building GPP is implemented on wire trays with 400mm base under false floor. The trays are arranged in two tiers. The top tray is provided for control cables. Low voltage power cables (24V) must be constructed of corrugated PVC pipe ∅ 32mm. While the electrical wiring must be respected color or markings numbered cables in places of their accession, according to GOST 350462-92.

Exit from the building is implemented in two pipes of 250mm and in parallel for cable routing 6kV. Power and control cables are laid in different pipes. In one pipe must be laid power cables, in the other - control cables. From the well N3 cables are laid in a trench at a depth of 0.7 m above the ground. Power and control cables to the breaker control cabinets, the cabinet intermediate terminals for current transformers and voltage transformers, control cabinet and the cabinet to transformers - in the pipe d = 63 mm. Release of cables in pipes from the ground is not less than 1m.

In parallel laying of power and control cables in the ground the distance between them must be not less than 100mm. In order to control the joints in the cable provides cable sealed wells PRODEST SCC 1000/851. Distance from the cable laid directly in the ground, till the foundations of buildings and structures must be not less than 0.6 m
