Feeding of group lighting systems inside the premises is implemented from designing illumination panel - DS1, installed in the electrical control units of the premises. Feeding of emergency lighting is implemented from designing panels of emergency lighting - DX1, DX2, as well electrical control units installed in the premise. The fixtures of emergency illumination are different from a working illumination by the mark “A”. Installation of lighting system and fixtures must be produced after arrangement of cable trunk, gasket of pipelines and the installation of the whole processing equipment

Working and emergency circuit voltage - 380/220V

Network of emergency lighting is used as working lighting. Control of evacuation lighting is performed remotely from the CCTV premises and with input switches on the shields of group coverage. Evacuation lighting fixtures are always on.

Control of reserve lightning is performed by the switches at the place. Control of working lightning is performed by the switches at the place.

For the safety in the case of isolation damage protective fixtures  must be attached to zero protective cables Re-conductors. All lightning fixtures have I class of protection from defeat by electric current. According to technological assignment of premises lighting system of the worker is executed by the cables ВВГнг-LS (fire-resistive).

After gasket of cables hermetic sealing of all openings is performed according to work documentation 34.03.301-95 and 34.03.304-87

                                    5.8.2.  Socket network

For the electrical devices and equipment installation in the main distribution substation is provided socket network

The sockets are installed at a height of 0.9 m above the floor and 0.9 m. on the desktop for the process equipment

On the groups that feed the socket network, in project boards installed protective devices (RCD), according to regulatory requirements. Circuit breaker is a preventive measure and in combination with modern earth systems (TN-S, TN-CS) provides a high level of electrical safety in the operation of electrical installations.

Socket network is performed by the cables of ВВГнг-LS mark with isolation, don’t spread burning, with low gas and smoke release.

                                5.8. 3.  Energy-savings

      Rational use and energy savings provided by

- The rational management of artificial lighting;

- The use of fluorescent lamps to replace incandescent lamps.

              5.8.4.  Power equipment

The power network of the main distribution plant substation building  for cement production capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker per day, Ferzikovskogo district, Kaluga region, performed according to the requirements PUE, SNiP 3.05.06-85 "Electrical devices," and on the basis of architecture and construction, sanitary and thermo-technical parts of the project. The power network of the building provides electric power systems, ventilation and air conditioning, electric heating and feeding of process equipment.

Electric power supply of designing power panels and control boards are performed from different sections of auxiliary boards of the main distribution plant substation.
