Fixing Cabinet. Fixing Cabinets on an Overhead Cabling Frame. Expected result of combined cabinets. Fix the cabinet on a cabling frame without a side trough ( H >200 mm), страница 3

Step

Operation

1

Determine where to install the fixing parts according to positions of the installed cabinet and the cabling frame.

2

Adjust the height of the adjustable fixing bracket according to the distance between the cabinet and the cabling frame.

3

Slide the diamond-shaped nut along the trough of the cabling frame to the given position in the trough.

4

Cover the bolt M8 x 20 with a spring washer and a flat washer. Screw it, through the height-adjustment bracket, into the diamond-shaped nut in the trough with such a proper strength as to prevent the bolt from falling out, as shown in Figure 5-7 (a).

5

Screw the bolt M8 x 20, through the fixing bracket and the height-adjustment bracket, into the relevant nut with such a proper strength as to prevent the bolt from falling out, as shown in Figure 5-7 (b).

6

Cover the bolt M8 x 25 with a spring washer, a big flat washer and an insulation washer. Screw it, through the fixing bracket and insulation plate, into the nut on the cabinet with such a proper strength as to prevent the bolt from falling out, as shown in Figure 5-7 (c).

7

Install other fixing parts, and adjust their relative positions according to the on-site engineering situation. Then screw all bolts tight, as shown in Figure 5-7 (d).

Step

Operation

1

Determine where to install the fixing parts according to positions of the installed cabinet and the cabling frame.

2

Cover the bolt M8 x 50 with a spring washer and a flat washer. Pass it through the fixing bracket and clamp, and screw it with such a proper strength as to prevent the clamp from falling out, as shown in Figure 5-8 (a).

3

Place an insulation plate between the cabinet and the fixing bracket.

4

Cover the bolt M8 x 25 with a spring washer, a big flat washer and an insulation washer. Screw it, through the fixing bracket and the insulation plate, into the nut on the cabinet with such a proper strength as to prevent the bolt from falling out, as shown in Figure 5-8 (b).

5

Install other fixing parts, and adjust their relative positions according to the on-site engineering situation. Then screw all bolts tight, as shown in Figure 5-8 (c).

Step

Operation

1

Determine where to install the fixing parts according to positions of the installed cabinet and the cabling frame.

2

Adjust the height of the adjustable fixing bracket according to the longitudinal distance between the cabinet and the cabling frame.

3

Cover the bolt M8 x 50 with a spring washer and a flat washer. Pass it through the height-adjustment bracket and clamp, and screw it with such a proper strength as to prevent the clamp from falling out, as shown in Figure 5-9 (a).

4

Screw the bolt M8 x 20, through the fixing bracket and the height-adjustment bracket, into the relevant nut with proper strength (for ease of adjustment), as shown in Figure 5-9 (b)

5

Cover the bolt M8 × 25 with a spring washer, a big flat washer and an insulation washer. Screw it, through the fixing bracket and insulation plate, into the nut on the cabinet with such a proper strength as to prevent the bolt from falling out, as shown in Figure 5-9 (c).

6

Install other fixing parts, and adjust their relative positions according to the on-site engineering situation. Then screw all bolts tight, as shown in Figure 5-9 (d).

5.2.5  Installation Check

n The cabinet is stable after the fixing parts are installed. If it is instable, screw tight the fastening bolts and check the installation method.

5.3  Installation Check Points

n  The cabinet fixing parts are installed correctly, and all bolts are installed.

n  Fastening screws are tightened after the fixing parts are installed.
