Nordberg B-Series Feeders are engineered particularly for continuous operation in hard and abrasive material applications. The feeder design features robust frame construction, high feeding capacity and compact overall height that makes the B-Series Feeder an ideal solution for use in a restricted space, as well as fixed and mobile plants. The B-Series Feeders are built using modern material technology and the latest engineering techniques, such as finite element analysis. As a result, high reliability and long feeder component life in even the most demanding applications is guaranteed.
The Nordberg B-Series Feeders utilise the B-Series mechanism, consisting of two geared eccentric shafts to create a linear motion.

Nordberg Scalpers are used to separate raw materials into two or three fractions before the primary crushing stage.
Mechanisms:
EDB: Two counter rotating cardan shafts with external counterweights self-synchronized for linear motion.
Oil/ Grease lubricated.
H1R: Two counter rotating eccentric shafts self-synchronized for linear motion. Oil lubricated.
The characteristics of the scalpers are grizzly sections for efficient separation of raw materials, rigid feeder frame construction for high reliability and robust steel isolation springs to effectively dampen the dynamic loads.

Nordberg TK-Series Feeders are available with a solid pan, screen mesh or grizzly bars. The TK-Series has been designed to be compact in size, light in weight, yet well suited to hard rock applications. The TK-Series vibrating feeders utilise grease lubricated unbalanced vibratory motors to create a linear motion.
TK-Series vibrating feeders can be used for feeding, transporting, scalping and screening of materials.
Most of the TK-Series vibrating feeders are available with either squirrel-cage motors or hydraulic drives.

Nordberg Gfa Duo-Flo Series screens are suited to the processing of primary or secondary feed material that does not require high accuracy screening. It is outstanding for scalping natural material, screening in closed circuit with a crusher and for screening gravel, where the feed material contains a high percentage of fines.
The Nordberg Gfa Duo-Flo Series screens are available in a range of sizes. Each screen deck has 2 differently sloped sections. The first section on every deck has a steep slope angle resulting in a high material travel rate with low bed depth and rapid fines removal. Similarly the second section on every deck has a lower slope angle to decrease the material travel rate to improve «near-size» material screening. The upper deck is usually used as a relief deck using large apertures and creates a vertical flow of material to the underlying deck.
The Duo-Flo-Series screens utilise grease lubricated unbalanced
