Scandal recently has flamed around of a problem of accommodation the petroleum terminal which should leave in a Perevoznaya bay. The public has given an alarm, because nearby there are 2 sea reserves. On cape, where the terminal is going to be placed, the existing modern means of ecological safety on liquidation of floods of petroleum will be inefficient under storm conditions. Probability of occurrence an emergency situation during movement of tankers in Perevoznaya, where navigating conditions are heavy, in tens higher, than at other variants of accommodation of the terminal. Any emergency will result in ecological accident: to fatal influence on biota Far East state sea biosphera of reserve, Amur gulf and gulf Petra Great as a whole, and also to sharp deterioration of ecological conditions in Vladivostok. In case of accommodation of the terminal in area of a bay Transportable fish industry and the recreational activity in the Amur gulf will be turned. But for the sake of economic benefit and not ability of the officials in Moscow to understand geography of Primorye Territory, the question on the termination of construction was not considered for long time, but eventually vote of reason was heard, Kuzmino bay was chosen as the final destination of the construction. But would it be so safe?

And while the world community discussing a problem of global warming, a planned war between USA and Iran goes pass. And it will be ecological accident of greatest scale, than all what were earlier. You see in military conditions to rescue water area it will be almost impossible. The result depends on the fast and duly help. I shall remind, that earlier as a result of military actions between Israel and Lebanon, the Coastal line of an island of Cyprus has appeared under threat of pollution of 10-30 thousand tons of petroleum, which was flood in the Mediterranean sea at coast of Lebanon as a result of Israeli air bomb. The huge stain was formed at the Lebanese coast 13 and July 15, when the Jewish fighters bombed fuel tanks of one of power stations in 30 kilometers to the south from Beirut.

But the world community is silent, and all those who furiously protects a nature in USA in time close eyes, and none of them condemn the government that probably in the nearly future they will be the originators of global ecological accident, the consequences from which will touch all countries in the world.
