Favorite Actor

As for my favorite actor, I must say that I am an admirer and devoted fan of the talent of Tim Roth. It gives me great pleasure to watch films with his participation. Tim Roth - English actor and director, known for his roles in such films as "Pulp Fiction", "Four Rooms", "Planet of the Apes," "Incredible Hulk" and "Rob Roy" for which he won an Academy Award as best supporting actor plan. Now he acted in the role of Kala Lightman in the TV series "Lie to me / Theory of Lie."

Tim Roth was born in London and went to school Talz Hill. As a youth, he wanted to become a sculptor and studied at the School of Arts Kambervel in London. After some time, and Kambervel Roth tried his hand as an actor and at 21age he made his debut as a skinhead in the film "Made in Britain". He later starred in several films. In 1990, to Tim Roth came to world fame with other gaining popularity British actors such as Bruce Payne, Gary Oldman, Colin Firth and Paul Makgan.

Roth made an impression on director Quentin Tarantino, and in 1992 starred as Mr. Orange in the film "Reservoir Dogs". This film  has paved the way to Hollywood for Tim Roth. He also starred in "Pulp Fiction" and "Four Rooms" and very convincingly played the evil representative of the English nobility Archibald Cunningham in "Rob Roy" in tandem with Liam Neeson. For his role in this film, Tim Roth has been awarded an Academy Award as best supporting actor was nominated for a Golden Globe Award and was recognized by the British Film Institute.

In 1999 he made his directorial debut film "War Zone" based on the novel by Alexander Stuart, prompting some criticism from the public. In 2009, he began acting in TV series "Lie to me / Theory of Lie " on the channel «Fox». He plays the role of Dr. Cala Lightman, an expert on body language, whose team assists local and federal agencies in investigating crimes. My favorite movie with this actor "theory of lies."

The problems of young teachers

Teacher - is not a profession, a way of life. There is no profession more honorable than the teaching profession, there is no work harder and more responsible than his work. The modern pace of life requires continuous teacher professional development, creative attitude, commitment.

Today, as in all ages, the teacher - is not only and not the keeper of knowledge, the pattern of behavior, role models for children as a master, able to teach his charges to find the necessary knowledge in the vast ocean of modern sciences, to acquire experience in self-education. He must inspire their students to teaching. Of course, this real teacher has a professional teaching skills and abilities, has innovative technology training and education. And finally, the personal quality of school teachers played a very important role: teaching position, attitude towards life and others.  

During training at the university, students usually take place at the final teaching practice courses. However, not every student that received an excellent rating in practice, was able to successfully begin their work at school.

School is a world in which has their customs and rules. Get to work, a young teacher soon realizes that the knowledge gained in their university course, are good, but only theoretically, but in life everything is otherwise!

Early in his career the young teacher faced with certain difficulties. Inability to accurately calculate the time in class, build logically a sequence of lesson steps, difficulty in explaining the material, the lack of rapport with colleagues - this is not a complete list of ills, intent novice teachers.

Novice teacher should get used to the new team, establish a right relationship with children, be able to competently, and emotionally to speak on the lessons to try to interest children in subject. He needs to develop his own style of communication with children. Often young teachers feel a sense of uncertainty in their actions, resulting in problems with discipline

Teaching profession is difficult, it requires a vocation which can be opened up by helping  school experienced teaching staff. A young teacher has to feel the continued support of senior, experienced mentors: administration, chairman methodical association of teachers, colleagues, class teachers and psychologists. For each of them - master of his craft.
