Type of reinforcement – hot-rolled deformed bars
Diameters of reinforcement in mm (Grade of steel) - Æ 6 – 22 (32G2Rps),
Æ 6 – 40 (35GS, 25G2S).
Field of application of the classA-III reinforcement:
In constructions with non-prestressed reinforcement:
· as transverse reinforcement, and as longitudinal reinforcement if other types of non-prestressed reinforcement cannot be used;
· as welded reinforcing mats;
· under a pressure of gases, liquids, or dry granular materials.
In constructions with prestressed reinforcement:
· not used.
Design characteristics of the class A-III reinforcement for Æ 6-8 mm, in MPa (kg/cm2 ):
Design strength of the reinforcement:
· against tension for limit state of first group, Rs - 365 (3750)
· against compression for limit state of first group, Rsc - 355 (3600)
· transverse, against tension for limit state of first group, Rsw - 285* (2900)
· against tension for limit state of second group, Rs,ser - 390 (4000)
Modulus of elasticity of reinforcement, Es – 200000 (2000000)

Field of application of the classAt-IIIS reinforcement:
In constructions with non-prestressed reinforcement:
· as transverse reinforcement, and as longitudinal reinforcement if other types of non-prestressed reinforcement cannot be used;
· as welded reinforcing mats;
· under a pressure of gases, liquids, or dry granular materials.
In constructions with prestressed reinforcement:
· not used.

Field of application of the class A-IIIv reinforcement:
In constructions with non-prestressed reinforcement:
· as longitudinal tensioned reinforcement in spliced reinforcing mats
In constructions with prestressed reinforcement:
· as prestressed reinforcement of ferroconcrete parts;
· as prestressed reinforcement of ferroconcrete parts under a pressure of gases, liquids, or dry granular materials.
Design characteristics of the classA-IIIv reinforcement, with the elongation and stress monitored, in MPa (kg/cm2 ):
Design strength of the reinforcement:
· against tension for limit state of first group, Rs - 490 (5000)
· against compression for limit state of first group, Rsc - 200 (2000)
· transverse, against tension for limit state of first group, Rsw - 390 (4000)
· against tension for limit state of second group, Rs,ser - 540 (5500)
Modulus of elasticity of reinforcement, Es – 180000 (1800000)
