Development of the information-analisys system of student training quality assessment in technical Institution of Higher Education.  -2010 – 62 p., 11 pict., 13 tab.

Objectof research is process of future specialist training in Institution of Higher Education taking into account set of different factors of internal and external social environment.

Subject of research are  methods and models of complex index assessment of specialist training quality in Institution of Higher Education.

Research methods. It is set that the followings|downstream| factors influence on quality of education|formation|: level of scientific-pedagogical staff, state of methodical and material base of Institution of Higher Education, presence of modern information technologies, level of professional experience and personal qualities of students. It is shown, that for construction of mathematical model of specialists training in Institute of Higher Education most effectively to use the  project approach. Also, for the  decision of a problem of increasing of specialists training quality in Institute of Higher Education, it is offered to use models of fuzzy logic and the factor analysis. It is established, that an input datas is values of  fuzzy sets, therefore for calculation of a complex estimation of education|formation| quality it is suggested to use fuzzy expert system.

The results of the work. The software product of an estimation of specialist training quality in a technical Institute of Higher Education , on an instance of the offered structure of model of deriving of complex index|metric| of qualities is developed.
