1.Выбор типа резцов

1.1.Выбор типа резцов по методике ИГД им. А.А. Скочинского

По методике ИГД им. А. А. Скочинского для заданных горно-геологических условий классифицируем угольный пласт по:

·  группе применения шнековых исполнительных органов, связанных с изменением разрушаемости пласта: принимаем 1-ю группу так как заданная сопротивляемость угля резанию составляет 140 Н/мм;

·  группе применения исполнительных шнековых органов, связанных с особенностями строения пласта: принимаем 1-ю группу, так как заданный пласт не содержит твердых включений.

В соответствии с принятой классификацией условий определяем рациональную область применения шнековых исполнительных органов для комбайна РКУ-13(по1ГШ-68):

-  принимаем следующие индексы исполнения шнека – 11,12,15,16,18,19,22,23 (уголь вязкий, назначение- рядовой).

Для диаметра D=1,25 м. принимаем индекс-16.

По индексу исполнения шнека определяем рекомендованный ИГД им. А.А. Скочинского тип устанавливаемых резцов – 3Р4.80(РО80).

1.2.Теоретический расчет радиального вылета резца:

Исходя из полученных значений, приходим к выводу, что необходимо устанавливать резцы, рекомендованные ИГД им. А.А. Скочинского.
