DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Accounting of deliveries to customers and entry of payments received.

-  Business accounting of suppliers and contractors settlements.

-  Export-import transaction accounting.

-  Cost keeping, expenditure records.

-  Accounting and writing off fuel.

-  Intangible assets and fixed, basic production assets accounting.

-  Wage calculation, cash basis accounting.

-  Value added tax accounting, accrual accounting.

-  Monetary funds accounting, statement of accounts.

-  Record keeping of cash operations.

ACHIEVEMENTS (ЕСЛИ ЕСТЬ):

-  Introduction of exchanger-rate, price revision clause into the external trade contracts, to avoid losses on currency exchange.

-  Improvement of cost sharing mechanism. As a result, enterprise received real unit cost and opportunity of calculation and analysis of planned cost.

-  I was given the promotion from accountant-cashier to Deputy chief accountant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Working with clients (show necessary goods; description of the advantages; answering the questions etc.)

-  Operation with cash (cash receipts; check the cash; collection of sale proceeds).

-  Drawing up a progress report.

 (01.07.1998 – 01.09.1998) — Sanitary children camp “Romashka” on the basis of Radun municipal hospital

POSITION - Mentor of junior group ( from 4 till 6 years old)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Keeping an eye on children, upbringing them.

-  To be quick in the uptake and find common interests easy.

-  Play children’s games, show focuses and do other interesting amusements.

The letter of motivation

I have definite aim in my career, and I entered the Byelorusian Agricultural Technical University for receiving a master-degree in the future, to make one more step to my career.

When I was at school I took extra courses on plant growing, ecology. I like animals, especially horses, that`s why I went in for riding for five years. I finished secondary school with a silver medal and entered the University. My specialization was the process of agricultural production. During my studies at the University I had practice in Germany.

There I gained large life and work experience. There drove tractor, feeded cows and goats I had to milk them. At the University I learnt English and German. I graduated from the

University with good results and I understood that I must develop and improve my knowledge in agriculture.

At present I am a first year student in further education at the Byelorusian Agricultural Technical University. My specialization is Agricultural Economy and management. I want to be a skilled specialist.

I `ve chosen this subject because I really want to connect my future with those kinds of activity. With the development of new economic relations I understood that to become an economist of high level I should gain some experience abroad and obtain skills of working in agricultural system of different countries with highly developed agriculture and I want to learn new things for myself and improve my English and German. All this influenced my decision to participate in this programme.

I want to gain experience and useful skills of working in agricultural system of different countries with highly developed agriculture. That all influenced on my decision to take part in this program.
