PRESSURE-CLAMP
Die Stapeloberkante soll ca. 4-6 mm unter der Oberkante der
Bogenklappe 12 liegen. Diese Einstellung erfolgt an der
Kurbel 6 der Saugkopfhöhenverstellung.
Die Höheneinstellung am Drückerfuß dient zur Einstellung des
Abstandes zwischen Sauger in Tiefststellung und Oberkante
Papierstapel.
The surface of the pile should be about V8 of an inch under the front joggers 12. This adjustment is done by the handle 6 of the separator-height adjustment.
This height adjustment of the pressure-clamp brings the suckers also in the position towards the pile-surface.

Die Saugdüse 13 soll bei dünnen bis mittleren Papieren 8-10 mm, bei starken Papieren und Karton 0-8 mm über dem Stapel stehen.
Die Höheneinstellung vom Sauger zur Oberkante Stapel wird vorwiegend durch den Drückerfuß 14 erreicht. Eine Nachregulierung kann durch die Einstellschraube 15 erfolgen.
The clearence of the sucker 13 to the pile surface should be, when feeding thin to medium stock between 5/16" - 3/8", feeding heavy paper and cardboard requires a clearance of 0" - 3/8" above the pile-surface.
The height-setting of the suckers is mainly achieved by the pressure clamp 14. A final adjustment is done by the adjusting screw 15.
